Precision Engineered
Industrial Alloys.
Bridging Raw Metals to Manufacturing
While primary commodity trading forms the backbone of HUTKA SA, our Industrial Alloys division is engineered for specialized, high-tolerance manufacturing. We provide die-casters, extruders, and brass mills with perfectly balanced, ready-to-melt ingots and billets.
By sourcing massive volumes of secondary scrap (such as Tense, UBCs, and Millberry) alongside primary LME feedstocks, our smelting partners produce tightly controlled alloy systems. From the fluid dynamics required for High-Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) to the tensile strength needed for marine-grade bronze, we guarantee absolute chemical consistency down to the hundredth of a percent.
Strict Spectrographic Control
In the alloy market, trace impurities are catastrophic. Excess iron in aluminum causes die soldering; excess lead in brass violates modern potable water standards.
Every heat of alloy we export is subjected to rigorous Optical Emission Spectroscopy (OES). BQCIS verifies that primary modifiers (Silicon, Copper, Magnesium) fall precisely within JIS, ASTM, or EN standards, while ensuring penalty elements are entirely neutralized before the metal is cast into its final ingot form.

Alloy ingots require meticulous handling to prevent “white rust” (oxidation) and moisture absorption, which can cause dangerous hydrogen gas pockets during our clients’ remelting process. HUTKA SA operates climate-managed staging facilities, utilizing interlocking bundle configurations with integrated runner ingots to maximize container payload and forklift efficiency.
The Ultimate Closed-Loop Supply Chain
The production of secondary industrial alloys is one of the most effective decarbonization strategies in modern manufacturing. By utilizing advanced sorting and remelting technologies, our alloy partners consume up to 95% less energy than primary ore smelting. Every ton of ADC12 or Brass we supply directly aids our downstream automotive and construction partners in achieving their Net-Zero emission mandates.
