Unalloyed Industrial Purity

HUTKA SA supplies premium-grade No. 1 Copper Wire Scrap, strictly adhering to ISRI “Berry” and “Barley” classifications. Sourced directly from stringent industrial recovery networks and utility tear-downs, our Millberry copper is entirely free of insulation, tin, lead, zinc, and alloyed impurities.

This guarantees maximum IACS electrical conductivity, making it the optimal raw material for continuous casting, cathode production, and high-tech manufacturing across North America, Europe, and Asia.

Global Warehousing & Processing

Material degradation through environmental exposure is a primary concern in metal trading. HUTKA SA utilizes fully enclosed, climate-managed staging facilities adjacent to deep-water ports.

Materials are kept strictly indoors, completely isolated from moisture, salt-air oxidation, and cross-contamination prior to containerization.

Sustainability & Conflict-Free Sourcing

HUTKA SA operates strictly under OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains. Every metric ton of Millberry Copper undergoes a rigorous “Chain of Custody” verification. We ensure that our recovery networks prioritize environmental stewardship, comply with international labor laws, and are 100% free of conflict-zone origins.

Export Logistics & Packing Protocols

Phase 01
BQCIS Pre-Loading Inspection

Independent surveyors from BQCIS visually inspect the raw scrap, draw samples for metallurgical assay, and verify material free from radiation prior to processing.

Phase 02

Hydraulic Compaction

Scrap is processed into high-density briquettes or bales (approx. 50kg – 125kg), strapped tightly with heavy-duty aluminum or steel bands to prevent transit expansion.

Phase 03

ISPM-15 Palletization

Bales are securely stacked on certified, heat-treated wooden pallets (1 MT to 2 MT per pallet) and bound with heavy-gauge shrink film to lock out moisture.

Phase 04

Containerization

Pallets are forklift-loaded into standard 20′ FCL (~22 Metric Tons) or 40′ FCL containers. Doors are secured with ISO standard high-security bolt seals.

Standard Commercial Documentation

Every shipment is cleared for international customs with a comprehensive, fully compliant document packet dispatched via express courier to the buyer’s bank or office.
