Secondary Scrap Staging & Sorting

Prior to hydraulic baling, the material passes through magnetic separators and rigorous visual inspections by trained sorters to remove iron attachments, excessive insulation, and non-metallic debris.

To maximize ocean freight efficiency, loose Birch/Cliff material is hydraulically compressed into dense rectangular bales weighing between 100kg and 250kg.
Industrial Palletization
Bales are securely stacked on certified ISPM-15 wooden pallets and bound with heavy-gauge industrial shrink film and cross-strapping for structural integrity.
FCL Containerization
Pallets are forklift-loaded into standard 20′ FCL containers. Each container holds approximately 20 to 22 Metric Tons. ISO standard bolt seals are applied immediately.
