Continuous Cast Precision

HUTKA SA supplies Electrolytic Tough Pitch (Cu-ETP) and Oxygen-Free (Cu-OF) continuous cast copper wire rods. Manufactured directly from LME Grade A cathodes, our copper wire exhibits flawless surface finish, uniform grain structure, and exceptional drawability.

Engineered to meet the exact tolerances of the global telecommunications, automotive, and power transmission industries, our wire rods are primed for high-speed, multi-stage drawing down to ultrafine gauges without fracturing.

Copper Wire Processing

Metallurgical & Electrical Specifications

Our Copper Wire (Cu-ETP / C11000) guarantees a minimum conductivity of 101% IACS. The strictly controlled oxygen content ensures optimal annealing properties and superior resistance to hydrogen embrittlement.

VCI-Protected Logistics Network

Copper wire rods are highly susceptible to atmospheric tarnishing and moisture corrosion during oceanic transit.

HUTKA SA processes and spools our wire in climate-controlled environments. Immediately post-casting, the coils are shrink-wrapped in Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI) film and staged indoors to ensure the copper arrives at your drawing facility with a bright, oxidation-free surface.

Sustainability & Conflict-Free Sourcing

HUTKA SA operates strictly under OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains. Every metric ton of Copper Wire undergoes a rigorous “Chain of Custody” verification. We ensure that our casting partners prioritize environmental stewardship, utilize energy-efficient induction furnaces, and are 100% free of conflict-zone origins.

Coil Logistics & Export Protocols

Phase 01
BQCIS Pre-Loading Assay

Independent surveyors from BQCIS visually inspect the continuous cast coils, verify gauge diameters, and draw samples for final metallurgical and conductivity testing.

Phase 02

Industrial Coiling

Wire is continuously wound into massive, un-jointed coils ranging from 2.5 MT to 4 MT. Each coil is securely bound with heavy-duty radial strapping to maintain structural integrity.

Phase 03

VCI Palletization

Coils are mounted “eye-to-sky” on heavy-duty, ISPM-15 certified wooden pallets. The entire assembly is wrapped in high-grade VCI anti-corrosion stretch film.

Phase 04

Containerization

Palletized coils are forklift-loaded into standard 20′ FCL containers. Dunnage and heavy-duty lashing are applied to prevent shifting, safely carrying ~20 to 24 Metric Tons per container.

Standard Commercial Documentation

Every shipment is cleared for international customs with a comprehensive, fully compliant document packet dispatched via express courier to the buyer’s bank or office.
