Governance & Capital Allocation
The physical commodity trade is capital intensive and highly sensitive to geopolitical shifts. HUTKA SA’s Executive Board provides the institutional oversight necessary to navigate these complexities. The Board manages large-scale institutional financing, directs global capital allocation, and oversees joint venture acquisitions within the primary mining and secondary recovery sectors.
By operating above the daily commercial trading desks, the executive team focuses entirely on structural resilience—securing the long-term offtake agreements and physical infrastructure required to supply the global energy transition safely and profitably.

Office of the CEO
Dictates the overarching strategic vision of HUTKA SA. Responsible for guiding the firm through the global energy transition, forming top-tier institutional partnerships, and driving the expansion of our physical infrastructure across the Americas.
Office of the CFO
Manages global capital allocation, trade finance, and long-term hedging strategies. The CFO ensures the liquidity required to execute massive cross-border physical transactions while insulating the firm from currency and market volatility.
Office of the CRO
The ultimate authority on operational and counterparty risk. The CRO oversees all global compliance frameworks, ensuring strict adherence to C-TPAT, CPTPP, and OECD Due Diligence mandates across every metric ton we trade.
Head of Base Metals
Directs the global execution of our high-volume industrial portfolios. Oversees the trading desks responsible for primary Copper and Aluminum outputs, as well as the massive aggregation of secondary scrap feeding the circular economy.
Head of Strategic Minerals
Commands our most sensitive and highly guarded portfolios. Manages the procurement of technology metals—including Lithium, Tungsten, and Nickel—vital to defense systems and EV battery gigafactories.
Head of Global Logistics
Controls the physical reality of the trade. Oversees the five regional headquarters, managing high-altitude Andean freight, trans-continental rail integration, and deepwater bulk loading operations worldwide.
