Electrolytic Refining Precision

HUTKA SA sources and supplies premium LME-registered and non-registered Grade A Copper Cathodes. Produced through state-of-the-art electrolytic refining processes, our cathodes boast a minimum copper (Cu) purity of 99.99%, ensuring exceptional structural integrity and electrical conductivity.

These ultra-pure cathodes serve as the foundational raw material for wire rod plants, brass mills, and copper tubing manufacturers driving the global electrification, construction, and automotive sectors.

Metallurgical Data & Impurity Tolerances

Our Copper Cathodes comply strictly with the BS EN 1978:1998 designation (Cu-CATH-1). Below is the guaranteed metallurgical breakdown, ensuring trace elements remain well below threshold limits for high-performance applications.

Secure Warehousing & Handling

HUTKA SA operates high-capacity, climate-controlled warehousing facilities at major export nodes.

Cathodes are staged on reinforced concrete flooring, eliminating ground moisture transfer. High-capacity, rubber-tired gantry cranes and specialized forklifts ensure zero physical deformation or surface scarring during the staging and containerization process.

Sustainability & Conflict-Free Sourcing

HUTKA SA operates strictly under OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains. Every metric ton of Copper Cathode undergoes a rigorous “Chain of Custody” verification. We ensure that our refining partners prioritize environmental stewardship, utilize closed-loop water systems, and are 100% free of conflict-zone origins.

Cathode Logistics & Export Protocols

Phase 01
BQCIS Assay Validation

Independent surveyors from BQCIS visually inspect the cathodes, draw random drill samples for metallurgical assay, and verify the material is free from radiation prior to loading.

Phase 02

Industrial Bundling

Cathode plates are stacked into ~2.5 Metric Ton bundles. They are securely bound with high-tensile, corrosion-resistant steel or aluminum bands (no wooden pallets required).

Phase 03

Containerization

Bundles are loaded into standard 20′ FCL containers using specialized forklift tines to prevent plate damage. Each container securely holds approximately 25 Metric Tons (10 bundles).

Phase 04

Terminal Security

Containers are sealed with high-security, ISO-compliant bolt seals immediately upon loading at the terminal, ensuring zero tampering throughout the ocean voyage.

Standard Commercial Documentation

Every shipment is cleared for international customs with a comprehensive, fully compliant document packet dispatched via express courier to the buyer’s bank or office.
