Operating a multi-continental physical commodity network requires a corporate architecture built for precision, speed, and strict risk management. HUTKA SA utilizes a dynamic matrix structure, seamlessly integrating our global trading desks, regional logistics commands, and rigorous compliance divisions. This eliminates operational bottlenecks and guarantees that our clients receive flawless execution from the mine to the smelter.

Tier 01: Executive Governance
Tier 02: Commercial Divisions

Base Metals Trading Desk

Responsible for the commercial execution of our high-volume industrial portfolios. This desk manages the procurement and sale of primary and secondary materials, tracking real-time LME indexes to optimize margins.

  • Copper (Cathodes, Concentrates, Scrap)
  • Aluminum (Ingots, UBC, Extrusion)
  • Zinc & Lead Portfolios

Strategic Minerals Trading Desk

A highly specialized commercial unit focused entirely on technology metals and EV battery precursors. This team navigates volatile, thinly traded markets and secures long-term offtake agreements.

  • Lithium (Carbonate & Concentrates)
  • Tungsten, Antimony & Molybdenum
  • High-Purity Nickel & Tin
Tier 03: Physical Logistics & Regional Command

Our commercial desks are supported by five autonomous, highly localized operational headquarters. These regional hubs execute the physical movement, warehousing, and export of all contracted materials.

North American Hubs

Located in the United States and Canada. Managing the massive aggregation of secondary industrial scrap, executing CPTPP/USMCA rail logistics, and running Pacific deepwater terminal exports from Vancouver.

Mexico & Central America

Headquartered in Mexico City (CDMX). Orchestrating the flow of high-grade silver, copper, and zinc concentrates. Controlling IMMEX cross-border rail links into the US and bulk ocean freight from Manzanillo.

The Southern Cone

Operating from Lima (Peru), Santiago (Chile), and Buenos Aires (Argentina). Navigating extreme high-altitude Andean logistics to extract and export critical copper and lithium to global markets.

Tier 04: Risk & Compliance

Customs & Trade Compliance

A centralized legal and logistical team dedicated to ensuring seamless transboundary movement. This division manages C-TPAT, AEO, and local customs documentation (Pedimentos, DUS, DAM) to prevent demurrage and guarantee clear title transfer.

Quality Assurance (QA/QC)

The ultimate gatekeepers of our product integrity. Operating in tandem with independent surveyors like BQCIS and Alex Stewart, this department oversees all load-port assays, spectrographic testing, and IMSBC moisture certifications prior to export.

Integrated ESG Oversight

Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) compliance is not a separate department at HUTKA SA—it is hardcoded into our corporate matrix. From the Executive Board to the Regional Logistics Directors, every level of our organization is mandated to enforce OECD Due Diligence Guidance, guarantee 3TG conflict-free supply chains, and prioritize mining partners committed to aggressive decarbonization and water stewardship.
