Lightweight Industrial Power

HUTKA SA supplies premium primary unalloyed aluminum ingots, strictly conforming to the global P1020A (A00) standard. Smelted utilizing advanced reduction cell technology, our aluminum guarantees a minimum purity of 99.7%, ensuring exceptional strength-to-weight ratios and superior corrosion resistance.

These high-grade ingots are the critical foundation for extrusion billets, rolling slabs, and foundry alloys driving innovation across the global aerospace, automotive, construction, and packaging sectors.

Aluminum Ingot Processing

Metallurgical Data & Impurity Tolerances

Our Aluminum Ingots comply strictly with the international P1020A specification. Below is the guaranteed metallurgical breakdown, ensuring trace elements (specifically Iron and Silicon) remain well below the threshold limits required for high-performance extrusion and casting.

Secure Warehousing & Handling

While aluminum inherently resists deep corrosion, surface oxidation (white rust) caused by moisture exposure can impact remelting efficiency.

HUTKA SA operates high-capacity, covered staging facilities at major export nodes. Bundles are stored in dry, well-ventilated conditions on concrete flooring, ensuring ingots remain completely free of environmental degradation prior to containerization.

Low-Carbon Aluminum & Sustainability

HUTKA SA actively prioritizes sourcing from smelting facilities utilizing hydroelectric power to significantly reduce the carbon footprint per ton of aluminum produced. Our operations are governed by OECD Due Diligence frameworks, ensuring that our supply chain supports global Net-Zero industrial transitions and complies strictly with international labor and environmental laws.

Ingot Logistics & Export Protocols

Phase 01
BQCIS Pre-Loading Assay

Independent surveyors from BQCIS visually inspect the ingots, verify uniformity, and utilize spectrographic analysis to confirm the 99.7% minimum purity rating prior to bundle sealing.

Phase 02

Industrial Bundling

Ingots are interlocking-stacked into secure bundles weighing approximately 1 Metric Ton (1,000 kg). Bundles are bound tightly using high-tensile galvanized steel or aluminum strapping.

Phase 03

Runner Integration

To eliminate the need for wooden pallets and maximize container payload, bundles are often cast with integrated aluminum runner ingots at the base, allowing for seamless forklift access.

Phase 04

FCL Containerization

Bundles are forklift-loaded into standard 20′ FCL containers. Each container securely accommodates approximately 20 to 25 Metric Tons. ISO standard bolt seals are applied immediately.
