High-Purity Primary
Tin Ingots.
The Core of Global Tech
HUTKA SA supplies premium primary tin ingots refined to exceptionally high purity levels (up to 99.90% Sn). Through advanced pyrometallurgical and electrolytic refining, we eliminate critical contaminants to meet the exacting standards of the modern technology and packaging sectors.
Our low-lead (Pb) tin ingots are heavily utilized in the production of RoHS-compliant electronic solders, high-performance tinplate for the food packaging industry, and critical chemical stabilizers. We ensure absolute metallurgical consistency to prevent joint failure and corrosion in our buyers’ end-products.
Metallurgical Data & Impurity Tolerances
Our Tin Ingots comply strictly with BS EN 610:1996 and ASTM B339 Grade A parameters. We enforce strict caps on Lead (Pb) and Antimony (Sb) to ensure global compliance for consumer electronics manufacturing.

Secure Warehousing & Handling
Tin is a high-value, high-density base metal. To ensure absolute asset protection, HUTKA SA operates Class-A, fully enclosed security warehouses at all major export terminals.
Ingot bundles are staged indoors on concrete flooring to prevent moisture exposure. Constant monitoring and rigorous inventory checks are maintained to ensure zero loss or physical degradation prior to container loading and sealing.
100% Conflict-Free Traceability (3TG)
Tin is globally classified as a 3TG conflict mineral. HUTKA SA adheres strictly to the OECD Due Diligence Guidance and the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI). We guarantee that 100% of our tin supply chain is conflict-free, ensuring our materials do not finance armed conflict in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) or adjoining countries. Full Chain of Custody documentation is provided to satisfy Dodd-Frank Section 1502 compliance for publicly traded electronics manufacturers.
Ingot Logistics & Export Protocols
Independent surveyors from BQCIS visually inspect the ingots and utilize spectrographic analysis to confirm the 99.85% minimum purity rating and trace element limits.
Industrial Bundling
Tin ingots (approx 25kg each) are interlocking-stacked into secure bundles weighing exactly 1 Metric Ton (1,000 kg). Bundles are bound tightly using high-tensile galvanized steel strapping.
ISPM-15 Palletization
To facilitate rapid and secure unloading, bundles are optionally mounted and shrink-wrapped onto ISPM-15 certified, heat-treated wooden pallets according to buyer preference.
FCL Containerization
Bundles are forklift-loaded into standard 20′ FCL containers. Due to tin’s high density, each 20′ container safely maxes out its weight limit at approximately 20 to 25 Metric Tons.
