Base Purity45.0% – 60.0% Minimum Sb
Core ApplicationFlame Retardants & Lead Hardening

A Critical Defensive Metalloid

HUTKA SA secures and distributes premium Antimony Ore concentrates, primarily extracted as Stibnite (Antimony Sulfide). Due to its supply chain vulnerability and high importance to national security, Antimony is officially classified as a Critical Mineral by the US and European Union.

Our high-grade concentrates serve two indispensable industrial sectors. The majority is oxidized to produce Antimony Trioxide (ATO), the global standard for synergistic flame retardants in plastics, textiles, and aviation. The remainder is utilized as a vital hardening agent for lead in the manufacturing of heavy-duty storage batteries, military ordnance, and precision microelectronics.

Antimony Stibnite Ore Processing

Assay & Element Profiles

Our Antimony concentrates are optimized for efficient roasting and reduction. We enforce strict contractual thresholds on Arsenic (As) and Mercury (Hg) to ensure environmental compliance and protect our buyers’ furnace integrity during the fuming process.

Antimony Ore Logistics and Packaging

High-Density Export Packaging

Stibnite is relatively soft but highly dense. To prevent product loss, dust contamination, and moisture absorption during ocean transit, HUTKA SA avoids loose bulk loading for high-grade Antimony.

All concentrates and crushed lump ores are packaged securely into heavy-duty 1 Metric Ton FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers) / Super Sacks. These bags feature moisture-resistant internal polyethylene liners and are securely strapped to ISPM-15 certified pallets, ensuring safe, rapid transfer from the vessel to the destination smelter.

Securing the Critical Minerals Supply Chain

As global geopolitical tensions rise, the ethical and reliable sourcing of Antimony has never been more critical. HUTKA SA adheres strictly to OECD Due Diligence frameworks, partnering only with mines that provide total transparency. We guarantee our Antimony is conflict-free, extracted utilizing responsible water management protocols, and fully compliant with international labor standards, protecting the integrity of our clients’ defense and commercial supply chains.

Logistics & Export Protocols

Phase 01
BQCIS Pre-Loading Assay

Independent surveyors draw composite samples to certify the exact Antimony (Sb) percentage and ensure dangerous impurities like Arsenic are below threshold limits.

Phase 02

Industrial Bagging

Crushed ore and concentrates are sealed into heavy-duty 1MT FIBC Super Sacks featuring internal moisture-resistant liners to prevent cargo degradation.

Phase 03

ISPM-15 Palletization

Bags are placed onto certified ISPM-15 heat-treated wooden pallets. They are securely shrink-wrapped and strapped to facilitate rapid, safe forklift extraction at destination.

Phase 04

FCL Containerization

Palletized bags are forklift-loaded into standard 20′ FCL containers. Due to the high density of Stibnite, containers max out weight capacity at ~20 to 24 Metric Tons.

Standard Commercial Documentation

Every shipment is cleared for international customs with a comprehensive, fully compliant document packet dispatched via express courier to the buyer’s bank or office.
